customer service is terrible. Logged a complaint then was promised it would be resolved the next day but it was not.


General Comments

I had an accident in my car on Sunday and obviously due to it being Sunday I could not make a claim as it was out of hours. I then tried to get my car recovered as I was unable to drive it and I rang the 24 hours emergency number only for it to be an exact copy of the message I had just heard only saying it was Esure and the office was closed. I eventually got through to the customer services and explained what had happened and they informed me I would have to ring back on Monday because the office that usually deals with it was having an I.T upgrade so was closed! I again told them that my car needed recovering and eventually they arranged it through Green Flag.
It was recovered and taken to a depot and I rang on Monday morning to make the claim. I was assured that everything would be dealt with and was given the name of where it would be taken. Anyway it is now Wednesday and I have had an absolute nightmare. The accident repair centre said they were waiting for the car, the recovery agent was waiting for Green Flag to tell them where to take it and they had to ring Sheilas Wheels to find out what was happening. This was all on Tuesday, I have had to ring round everyone myself to find out what was happening, Sheilas Wheels have blamed the accident repair centre and they have said they were waiting for it to come in.
I have ended up without a courtesy car due to this and now I am being told that I might be getting a hire car but possibly not until tomorrow. It is all maybe's and possibly's and the service I have received has been terrible. I am even more out of pocket due to numerous telephone calls to them and the others involved. My dad has also been left without a car as I have had to use his. They might be great until you have a claim and they are totally incompetent.
