Bad Points

Expensive and very bad customer service.


General Comments

At £48.50 a month plus VAT for a BT Mobile business tarrif it is very expensive and that is including a discount because I signed up for a 2 year contract to get this price. This contract gave me 500 minutes a month and unlimited text messages and the phones you get to choose from are very poor.
Coverage wasn't very good when you consider that they used to be part of cellnet so I believed that they would have been on the same network as o2.
On one occasion we recieved a bill for £206 by istake from BT, when I phoned there customer services department I spent 1hr and 28 minutes on hold and spoke to 4 different people to resolve the problem, they still took the £206 from me by direct debit and then credited it to my account with them rather then just pay it back.
I also have a T-Mobile contract for my personal use and they are 10 times better then BT.
I know BT are a big company that everybody has heard of but I would recommend that you avoid them at all costs because they have been nothing but trouble for me.
