General Comments

I ordered some Take That tickets recently but have had no communication other than the initial email which said that a further email would be sent to confirm order when payment was received. The payment has gone through my account and I have emailed them 3 times to ask them to confirm the purchase but have not had a courtesy of a reply to any of these emails. I have telephoned them several times but there is no answer and no answermachine. I am now extremely concerned that I am not going to get the tickets, which I paid a considerable amount for. Based on this experience I would not recommend them. If the tickets arrive I will update you!
