Good Points

None too many, I guess that a James Patterson Cross book should be a reward unto itself

Bad Points

This book turns Doctor Cross into a total idiot, the attempt to give bigger bad guys has resulted in the creation of a shallow character called the tiger.

General Comments

When you watch those horror films with a bunch of annoying teenagers who you then get to see killed in more and more interesting was, well this book forgot to kill off Cross in an interesting way. I have for years been a fan of the Cross books but this was no so much a Cross book but an uninformed commentary on Africa. It this is the sign of things to come it might be the point that the James Patterson bubble has burst. From a very talented writer to a brand name only without substance. Is anyone else fed up with James Patterson writing adverts for car companies.
