They wouldn't let me freeze my membership for the Christmas month because I was a few days late in November requesting it! I am resigning!!
General Comments
This gym doesn't seem to know the first thing about customer service. The deskgirls are rude in my opinion, some of the instructors seem barely fit themselves, and they have the audacity to not let me freeze the membership because I am a few days late in requesting the freeze -- because I only found out yesterday I can travel for December!
