Good Points

Friendly and professional, I have used them for all my investments in 5 different countries. I cannot agree with the comments made as I have only experienced great service and MRI have been able to provide for me a strong property portfolio that has funded a much improved lifestyle. I have brought in Aspen Golf Bulgaria 2 apartments and both have been finished to a high standard, yes there was snagging to be done and yes MRI encourage you to come and do the snagging list, what good company wouldn't?


General Comments

The MRI machine is a well oiled and slick operation. Before going on any inspection trip I ensure I have done all of my research on that area. Never has any information that MRI has provided contradicted what I already knew, in my experience they only deal in fact. Yes sure they are a sales company and they are keen to make a sale and can sometimes be very persuasive however as an experienced investor I am happy to recommend MRI above any other agent. I sympathise with the comments made here but I would like to point out that the legal and financial independent advice that is given on the inspection trips is second to none and I think its a gross exaggeration to say that 95% of the financial companies income comes from MRI. CFP are a huge company and are not reliant on MRI for business. Good companies follow good companies simple as that.

    I disagree with this review because...There are now so many people who have been misled by this company. See rip-off report entries under MRI. I myself was misled into purchasing two studios in Bulgaria. Most the verbal information turned out to be incorrect and very little if any was put in writing I believe they are selling properties in a very unethical fashion. If anyone else has suffered at the hands of this company (2 ex directors and former ex MRI staff have now set up a new company in MRI's old offices! this is called DCC, please take note of this also) please contact the MRI Support group on mrisg@hotmail.co.uk with a statement or declaration of your treatment and your contact details, these are being passed onto the relevant authorities for investigation. MRISG are trying to ascertain the extent and numbers of misled customers due to this misrepresentation.

    I believe that anyone who has experienced a positive outcome with this bunch of gansters is so incredibly lucky they should rush out and buy a lottery ticket.
    I accepted a position with MRI in 2007. As a mature experienced and moral salesperson I was shocked by the training provided by this company.
    The mainly young, inexperienced sales staff were instructed to blatently lie to customers. A favorite company lie insisted upon is a story about the
    Most of its recruits are too young to remember the timeshare scams carried out by John Palmer in Teneriffe. 'Goldfinger' Palmer ended up in prison for his stealing.
