I was kept waiting almost 2 weeks for an order from Oli with no explanation or update from them. After chasing them up TWICE, I was informed that they didn't stock my order any more. It was for over £100 which they took off my credit card straight away and I still haven't received a refund yet over 3 weeks later. I will NEVER buy from them again
