Good Points

NO good points as the deal that I was given had many flaws in it.


Bad Points

Everything in my experience I feel... especially the customer service and the lack of calls getting returned from the head office.


General Comments

Got a call from one of the sales reps and decided to invite them out. They gave what seemed a good deal and once signed up never heard from the sales rep again.
Once received the phones, 2 didn't work and have never managed to get these swapped so I have bought another 2 myself.
The first bill came early due to the apparent manager wanting to connect my business for the end of the month. I got a bill for over £1000 for 5 numbers. Clearly wrong.
The only option that I have is to forward to the regulators and let them help me sort it out as the company clearly don't want to do it!
I do not recommend communicomms.co.uk.
