Staff are very friendly, lots of activities going on if you go at the right time, signs all around the zoo to help you find you way, their map is very colourful with lots of pictures so that young children can have fun finding there way around. Expensive food, but you could always take a picnic. Chester Zoo is very good for a day out, good value for your money but take a picnic instead of buying food.
