General Comments

I ordered a Buffalo Linkstation from Amazon with a 1-2 day delivery option. After 4 days I rang up their Customer Services and said my account was on 'Hold' (I could not longer login either)... I asked why - but they could not tell me as this was now a weekend... Monday morning I rang and they said that they would get th other department to call back - they did not... I rang again and explained the situation and they said they would get someone to ring back... Nobody did - but I did receive an email from the other department and they said for new security reasons I had to send them a photocopy of a statement of the credit card I had used for payment! I rang Customer Services - and explained that I do not receive a postal statement as I bank online... They said there was nothing they could do! So I cancelled the order and ordered through Dabs - a move I wish I had taken a week previous! 2 days later my Linkstation arrived - no hassles... I will never attempt to use Amazon again!
