General Comments
Got the full money for Decorland in Fife to do job whilst i was on holiday for 2wks. I came back to unfinished job and lots of faults. Unfortunately i am single mum and don't have the money to take this further.

My dream kitchen which i have saved for years is horrible and badly fitted in my opinion. The new floor broke bottom of my hoover. My 2yr old can put her whole hand between worktop and hob! Tiling is uneven and wrong colours. Some units uneven. The sink has leaked

fingers crossed I win the lottery and can replace it asap!

That sounds like a very poor experience. Please do not see yourself as a helpless customer. There is laws in the UK protecting you as a consumer when things like this happen. I urge you to visit www.consumerdirect.gov.uk and get in touch with them, there must be something that can be done! I recently got a parking notice from a UK private parking company trying to elicit £80 out of me for the most ridiculous thing ever. Guess what, I found out that what they are doing borders on being illegal. All I did was google it, get some advice of other people and get myself informed. My point is: Life throws enough rubbish at you sometimes, don't just take what you could do something about! Good luck, I hope you get it sorted!

You don't need money to take them to the small claims court. Don't let them get away with making your life anything less than it ought to be!! I've been through exactly the same thing and it helps to know you're not alone. Good luck in the future.
