The branch I went to was very frendly and helpfull, I even got a cup of tea while waiting.
Bad Points
None I could detect.
General Comments
I went to a few banks and building societies to open a savings account, each one I visited gave me an appointment to see a financial advisor instead of doing what I wanted, the Skipton opened an account there and then with the option to see a advisor, the other banks lost out.
