Our gentle old cat regularly stays with Elite and we would recommend them to anyone. What Elite most certainly isn't is a pretentious, overpriced pampering parlour. I would say that you get no-nonsense care from people who clearly love their jobs and take their responsibilities seriously. We have boarded many animals at various places over the years - if a cat or dog spends a significant amount of time in an environment other than your home (especially in the company of other animals) then they are bound to pick up various odours.
