High charge if you go over your agreed overdraft. as do all banks.
General Comments
I had an account with halifax while working full time on a gap year. No problems. Then I decided to go to uni, and they changed from a normal account to student now problem. My first year my overdraft was £1250, since then in the past 3 years I have increased it a number of times, now at £2750, no problems.
