General Comments
Customer Service and Sales Dept in NTL/Chorus seem poorly trained and ill-equipped to deal with customer queries. Takes 5 minutes to get through to Sales and 25 mins to Customer Service. Neither have the necessary information to deal with basic issues.
On several occasions I asked to speak to both the Sales and customer service manager to be told each time, there was none available.
NTL/Chorus are offering a package to their customers that they cannot actually provide, i.e. the Setanta Sports Package of which only 2 of the 4 advertised are available.
