    Good Points

    1) Unique concept: assisting people to expand social networks in real life (as opposed to cyberspace), and meet the locals. All around activities that members create themselves!
    2) Number and variety of activities happening
    3) The wide range of tools to make the meetup smooth and easy
    4) The site looks real. The fact that it is not free, with a small fee at least keeping on phoney profiles
    5) The site is run by and for enthusiast participant rather than a commerical venture.


    Bad Points

    1) The look and feel, the design looks like it could use a refreshment, to make it look more contemporary
    2) Also navigation could be better. There's so many links and tools that one can get a bit overwhelmed.
    3) Shame that it is only in Australia


    General Comments

    I think this site is a breath of fresh air!

    If it's claim to be the first Australian social activity network of this kind is true, one wonders why so few people have heard of it. And why the media have not jumped on this!

    Getalife does indeed seem to have a unique concept: assisting people to expand social networks around activities they organise themselves in real life (as opposed to cyberspace).
