Good Points

I liked looking at the clothes on the website


Bad Points

everything - products that i was given 3 times were faulty, other items seemed of very poor quality.


General Comments

They offer a courier return service - in which they didn't show up 4 times - they finally did by the fifth. In this time 5 weeks have passed. The items have finally been returned and its been nearly 4 weeks and I am still waiting on a refund - in which they give you by cheque instead of refunding the amount on the purchasing card. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have used Asos which were a much better company to deal with.
