Good Points

Not too bad when the suction actually works,


Bad Points

Suction often DOESN'T work!


General Comments

We have had Dysons for quite a few years and am fed up with them, even more so after our latest: the Dyson DC14 SL-ANI Animal. Suction goes quickly, hose pipes split easily and they are far too heavy to lift up and down stairs. Constantly having to clean ours out to get it working. Won't be buying another one!
