easy to access, great choice of products.

not many stores around, some products are over priced.


General Comments

I went into novatech at the weekend to buy a new motherboard and processor; before so i reserved the products which said they were available. when i got there they only had one of the two. I told the man that was working there and he seemed angry with me and told me i had done it wrong. After this he showed me how to reserve items (i just wanted to buy the stuff). He had showed me the exact same thing i had done at home. I went back a few days later but was all fine i bought both products and was served by a very polite worker.
