Eccentric in the way it handles chronology.
General Comments
Superb world war II novel. Humorous yet tragic in equal measures, it will captivate the reader and will always remain in their memory. It made me laugh out aloud in public several times. Catch-22 very ably passes judgement on the futility and madness that is inherent in war. This book is a must read.
