Good Points

Excellent telephone service. 9 times out of 10 the phone is answered almost immediately and very politely.
Internet service is easy to navigate and is rarely down.


Bad Points

The 1st Directory service could offer more benefits to compete with likes of other premier/private banking services.


General Comments

I would recommend FD to all. We have been with them for 3 years, and when a problem does occur, this is always dealt with quickly and by someone who appears to care! The telephone customer service is without a doubt its differentiator, and I have yet to find a premier service that is better.
