They are totally inefficient.

General Comments
Booked Caribbean cruise x 2 weeks. Specifically asked first about baggage allowance - I bag up to 30Kg or 2 x 20 Kg. or 2 x 23 Jg depending on airline. (Medical reasons for needing this allowance). Turns out we have 1 x 20Kg. They took two deposits as cruises were 'back to back' and we have had to cancel and lose £400 to T. Cook. Customer services non-existent.
Morale don't believe anything they tell you on the phone, get it in writing first.
