Good Points

Fantastic cleaning! Bag is very easy to change, with a neat little flap that automatically shuts to lock the dust in. Very light and easy to carry around.

Bad Points

More than I've every spent on a hoover before.

General Comments

Overall, I'm really impressed with my Miele S4211 and would recommend to everyone. Before buying, I asked around, and all friends and family that are pleased with their hoovers own Mieles (but not this model).

It's more expensive than any hoover I'm had before, but it's worth it.

So, so much better than the dyson I had before.
