Bad Points
Disappointing customer service when I wanted to make amendments to my booking, no triangles or fluorescent jackets in the car.
Ridiculous charge for fuel that you must pick up full and return empty very annoying!
General Comments
Since then I now use a little company called Econorent through hirecarsinspain.com and they have been great although only at Murcia and Alicante Airport. You can return the car full of fuel and there are always triangles and the correct safety equipment etc.
