Bad Points
High Charges, despite world wide credit crunch denied my business an extended overdraft for 5 days to tune of £3000 despite an average of £8,000 going into the account every month for past 3 years.
General Comments
As i'm writing this review I am looking at other busienss accounts and personal accounts. In the last 5 days HSBC have shown their utter contempt for me as a personal and business customer, especially in these most difficult of times. I am now in the process of closing down all international accounts with the bank and will never use them or recommend them again.

I agree completely, similar situation too. The only difference is, we have been with them 21 years with our personal account, and 8 years with our business account. Shame on HSBC. Going to find another bank too.
