Brilliant to keep up your skiing, unless you're rich and can follow the snow around the world. Staff on site are mostly excellent, very knowledgeable and happy to help. Its not the fault of the staff in rentals and on the slope if its busy, they work extremely hard to make sure you have a good experience. Please be considerate.
Great place for kids on tube and luge, if possible it is advised to supervise your own kids parties and tube and luge sessions as staff have their hands full as it is and are not specifically trained to deal with difficult children or individuals if they have to supervise a larger group!!
Chill Factore has just brought in some brand new rental equipment to complement existing stock ready for winter so boots, boards and skis should be plentiful now, again, arrive early and please be patient while waiting, staff are there to help and complaining gets you no where!!!

It can be very busy at weekends so be warned. Arrive super early and be patient. Complaining to the staff here gets you no where, speak to them calmly and explain the situation and you will more than likely be helped out as best as possible.
Telephone operators are useless to be honest, book online or in person. Staff onsight will go the extra mile to help you where possible.
Be prepared to queue for lifts. Its getting towards winter and obviously busier. Again complaining gets you no where, if you don't like it, don't come. Staff onsight are happy to help but are not responsible for slope capacities and can't do a thing about it. Please be nice.

Please ensure you can ski or board to the required standard before even thinking about the main slope. Staff are there to help you but if it is obvious you aren't up to scratch you will be asked to leave with no refund, this is your OWN RESPONSIBILITY!! Staff are well on top of reckless skiers and people not up to standard, safety is strictly enforced and for obvious reasons and there will be no hesitations in asking people to leave the slope for any reason. Learn to ski first or you are wasting your money!!!
