Customer service and staff. Unable to communicate and when I wrote to the manager with my very valid complaints - 10 of them, I didn't even get a response. Yes I do know he received it, his assistant rang me to say so and said he would be in touch. I have been a member for 2 years and can honestly say this is the worst club I have ever belonged to and am unlikely to ever belong to a Cannons club again on the strength of my experience. I just hope that Nuffield can turn things around as I am a nurse and work in a Nuffield hospital. I now go to my local pool - cleaner, just as quiet at the right times and much more friendly and helpful staff. It costs me £2.50 each time I go!
I would very much like someone from Cannons to get back to me to try and persuade me to change my views over this.
