This company has no good point's for me what so ever

The staff seemed rude towards me and gave me inaccurate information
General Comments
I placed an order with this company over the phone after seeing their advert, my order was almost £600. When I placed the order they quoted between 5 to 10 working day's delivery time.
I waited but after the 10 days had expired I rang the company to be told that I would have to wait as sometimes the delivery takes longer, I informed them that I was not happy. I then rang on several occasions but they gave me apparent excuses each time, I still could not get an answer when the delivery would take place. I finally informed them that if my delivery had not taken place after 15 working days that I would cancel my order. I rang this company after 21 days in total and cancelled my order. This company then offered me a discount if I would wait even longer .
I then contacted the main supplier of this furniture and asked them about the items that I had ordered. They informed me that the items were out of stock and it would be over 2 weeks before any distributer would receive any of these items I had ordered, that would of been at least 5 weeks if I would of stopped with this company. All I want is a company who says they can do something keep to their promise and deliver my goods on time.
I placed a new order with another company who rang the supplier and gave me a delivery date...Guaranteed.
