Good Points

Heats up quickly. Easily taken apart for cleaning.


Bad Points

Showers boiling fat everywhere because the lid has to be removed before cooking. Which means every time you use it you have to spend the rest of the evening cleaning the fryer, the worktop, the walls and the floor.


General Comments

Got a Morphy Richards 45470 and now have boiling fat flying everywhere when I use it (and Yes we dried the food before putting it in the fryer. And No it was not over-filled with fat). Yes, it fries food as advertised. That's as good as it gets. Having used it once my wife won't go near it and i suggest you keep the kids out of the kitchen when in use. We will never use this machine again. As soon as i can contact Morphy Richards this machine is heading for the bin regardless of whether they will offer a replacement product. OK, it's £55 in the bin and that's a hell of a lot for one fish and chip dinner, but compared to this mess it's a cost i can live with.
