I stopped having my seasonal allergies of the past 20 years once I got on the products (5 years on the products and counting). I've had 1 cold that lasted 24 hours in those 5 years, no flu shots, and my diet isn't the best. I also don't exercise regulary. I am 48 years old and get around great on these supplements. I take Ambrotose Classic, Cardio
Balance, Ambrotose AO, PhytoMatrix, PLUS and ImmunoStart. My family is always healthy, even my son with Chrohn's (No meds for him either).
Bad Points
People who criticize the products without even trying them.
