Good Points

Very Friendly staff in all areas. Very clean.


Bad Points

Dining room, too crowded lack of basic cutlery IE spoons napkins, food trays empty not replenished for the amount of guest using facilities


General Comments

Decameron Club Carribean at Runaway bay is 3 star no more. The hotel was picked for its individual bungalows and not a high rise complex. But could have paid the same money for the 4-5 star hotels.
The virtual tour gave a much better picture than it actually was, as did the brochure.
