A really wide selection of luxury brands and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not at all like some of the stuffier London stores - ie Harrods and Harvey Nics.
Bad Points
The restaurants aren't great but some of the eat over counters and well worth a visit especially the oyster bar - the guy there is wonderful.
General Comments
My favourite shopping destination in London. I wish they did a little better on their store card. I spend a lot and don't seem to get much back from being a card holder. Otherwise, great all round.
