General Comments

I went to the KFC branch in Coatbridge on Saturday 22nd of November 19:45hrs. I went through the drive through and when ordering my meal I found the manner of the person who was taking my order to seem abrupt and awkward. I asked what side orders come with the Big Night In meal. I was told corn, beans and coleslaw. I asked for corn and coleslaw with my order. I was asked what kind of chicken I wanted sweet chilli, Mexican and some other kind, I asked for Mexican my favourite. I was asked what drink I wanted , I asked for Pepsi. No thank you, no request to drive round to the window to pay, I was left sitting waiting. I drove round and waited for my order. The next person who served me appeared to make no eye contact and asked for my £13.99, no please, no thank you. Took the money went to get my order and handed me my order. Still no acknowledgement from her as she turned away assuming I was driving off. On checking my order I found I had no sauces or the salt that I had asked for. Also there was no bottle of Pepsi. I got the assistant's attention and asked if there should be a bottle of Pepsi with my meal, and she said 'eh oh aye there's no Pepsi left'. I asked for a bottle of Pepsi max and she gave me it and apparently huffed off. When I got home my girlfriend and I opened out the meal and had beans instead of corn and had sweet chilli instead of Mexican chicken?? I presume these guys are on minimum wage but I feel this is no excuse for lack of manners. I felt angry at the service I had received. £13.99 is a lot of money especially at this time of year when money is tight but I was treating the kids. I could have filled my freezer for that money. If even the order was wrong I wouldn't have bothered if a little manners were used. I am not one to make a fuss but I thought that assistant and the whole thing was out of order and I wont be back to the Coatbridge KFC anytime soon. Finger licking rude!
