None?... I honestly cannot think of one single good thing about this insurance!

General Comments

When I first took out my phone contract I did ask for the insurance because it was a very expensive phone (Nokia N95 When it fist came out) and I wouldn ' t have been able to replace it myself! So the phone last about 4 months before it started going up the wall and crashing and just being rubbish. I took it in and had to pick my phone back up from the centre in 4 workings days. I received the second phone, which also lasted around 3 months, and I had to do the same again...
5 N95's Later and a whole load of petrol money I went into the shop and asked for a different handset as it ' s taking too much time and effort to keep this one. They agreed to replace the hand set and told me someone would contact me with a list of phones I could have. 2 weeks later no one had contacted me so I contacted them. They said they had no record or me taking my phone into repair so I would have to take it in again (for the 7th time) and fill in an application for a new model (which still may be declined) After doing that... it was accepted de to my very short temper with them. 6 Weeks later I still have no phone and I am currently using and old Nokia 6230.
I called the Carphone warehouse today to see where my new phone was as I was advised it would be delivered to my home address within 7 working days. I took about 4 attempts to get through to a human being and not a computer - to then be cut off 4 times. When I finally got through to someone they advised me my new phone had been in the store for the past 3 days.
