Their website is very knowledgeable. Easy payment system to buy ticket. Modern buses. Rarely late services
Bad Points
Some buses have plastic seats (double deckers) and some buses have graffiti on seats (mainly double deckers).
General Comments
Generally Transdev yellow buses are very reliable knowing that their always in the Poole, Bouremouth and Christchurch areas. Since they have been bought by transdev I have used them more regularly because their services became more reliable than rival bus companies. But the buses need to be maintained slightly better.
