Bad Points

Long waits, same questions 4 times and 0s on my estimate letters even though I have 50% major unlimited.
Major unlimited 50% turned into 1 big fat unlimited 0.


General Comments

While claiming to covered 50% on major unlimited, when I submitted 2 claims (a bridge and crown) I got 0 coverage. The claims were submitted in August 2008, as of now (November 2008) a bridge estimate is still in the works and the crown was declined. It has been dragging on for over 3 months with the same questions being asked over and over again.
The crown is declined for frequency limitation (was inserted in Jan 2007) - even though Standard life was not the one paying for it last time. It has since broke, but somehow still does not qualify for coverage.
I think this company is a major rip off. All insurances are rip off but this is the worst dental I have ever had.
