As there is a resevoir for water food always keeps moist.
Bad Points
As I am short of space it would be good if I could store it on its side.
General Comments
Definitely recommend the Tefal 3135615P Health Grill.
Always cooks evenly and is very easy to clean as the plates are removeable.
Have had mine for about 5 yrs + and still going strong. Makes great toasties, great chicken and steaks - would not be without it.
