Good Points

They advertised a good price for the camera.
A camera that they never sent.


Bad Points

Everything.
Very rude in my opinion.
I was on hold around 20 min before I could talk to anyone.


General Comments


They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Back in July, I ordered a digital camera. it is now Nov, almost thanksgiving, and I still have yet to recieve anything.
I bought the camera elsewhere, and fotoconnection keeps telling me that they are refunding my credit card. But nothing ehas happened.
I've called every week, no results.
Save yourself the trouble and never do business elsewhere
