None.. really.


Bad Points

Plenty of bad points - not on time, delay after delay baggage handling. Flew twice from Frankfurt, worst check in staff I've ever encountered. Very impolite and unhelpful, I'd have thought Lufthansa would train their Staffs who have direct contact with passengers a systematic system, and MANNERS. ALAS...
I'll try to avoid flying this Airline as much as possible.
