General Comments

The Mobile Phone Company signed me up to a contact saying that I could keep my old number but of course when the phone arrives I find out that it's going to cost me £20. I then try to cancel the contract but the Mobile Phone Company tell me that I am outside the 7 day period and can't. This is because they made the contract on the day I spoke to them but they then had the phone delivered to my home (not my office as asked) and as I was not in, Royal Mail left a card which said that I would not be able to pick up the parcel for 48 hours which then eats into the 7 day period. Despite sending it back promptly they said that I could not cancel and returned the phone to me.

I found them very friendly, chummy and Northern when they were arranging it all and then seemingly unpleasant when I tried to undo it. I have given feedback to 3 (the new provider) to see if they want to do anything about it.
