Good Points
Having had 2 previous trips to the lake and had some good fish its no doubt a good fishery. You get well looked after by Tony and Janet and the food is good even though a bit expensive for the size of the portions.

Bad Points
During the week 20+ fish were pulled out from the lake having died, Tony the owner said he had lost a few this year however not sure exactly how many. The particle supplied is of very poor quality, prepared to far in advance and is mainly wheat with a sprinkle of maize, this will cost you about £1 per kg.

General Comments
Lovely lake with nice features. You get well looked after, however stocks are down, the food and particle is expensive, very much doubt I will return to Wintons france on the back of my latest trip and from speaking to other anglers who have also been out there this year.

i hav been twice in 6 months .. fishing is superb .. 7 of us had 140 carp in 7 days last september .. majority of which were over 30lb . cant fault it .. compared to uk prices they are a little pricey .. but i dont hear anyone complaining about blanking on linear fisheries which is a dam site more expensive .. t
