Bad Points
First Choice 'customer service ' - an oxymoron.
General Comments
First Choice sold us a holiday in a hotel that had not been completed so had few of the facilities advertised on the First Choice webiste or in their brochure (for which we paid a premium). I wrote to complain but they fobbed us off with all sorts of excuses and implied that we were lying. BEWARE - First Choice is an awful company that treats its customers with contempt. I feel I should add that the First Choice inflight 'service' was also the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately First Choice is part of a the TIU company which also owns Thompsons so consumers have a restricted choice - BUT there are other companies and I'd urge anyone reading this to avoid TIU companies altogether.

In my experience First Choice don't know the meaning of customer service. We went to the Maldives in May with first choice and had a 24hr delay in Manchester airport. In first choice's eyes a £5.00 voucher (that can barely buy you a baked potoato in an airport cafe) and a £20 refund is classed as reasonable compensation. I am still waiting for someone to phone me back regarding my complaint 6 months on and there is no point in phoning them back because you never get through to the right department and all you achieve is a customer call back and a phone bill that comes to more than the £20 compensation for being stuck in the airport.
