I renewed my policy with Argos Pet insurance a month before my little dog died of a condition she had been treated for for 3 months. What I didnt realise was that you have to continue paying the full premiums until the next renewal date in the event of your pet dying whilst a claim is in. If I had known that I would not have renewed my insurance and paid the vet direct. As it is Argos have taken 10 months of premiums from the vets and now I owe the vet the money they thought was coming from the insurers. Beware Terms & Conditions number 12!!
