Good Points

Competitive quote initially.


Bad Points

High cancellation charge of £20.00. Automaticaly renewing the policy unless you tell them otherwise. Poor communicators. Too fast in setting debt collection agency on to the case.


General Comments

I didn ' t call to say I would not be renewing until day after renewal date. Told there would be a charge of £20.00 plus 2 days premium. Assumed they would take this from my card.
Heard nothing more until a warning letter came demanding payment for cancellation charge right away, or they would hand matter to debt collection agency. Sent cheque by return of post.
Since then have had three phone calls from debt collection agency. Cheque was cleared from my account 3 weeks ago but two of the calls were since then. Their communication system is rubbish. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
