General Comments

I have moved my contract to Orange and I will be urging other to do the same as I have been constantly disappointed with the service I have received from O2. I asked to freeze my contacts for a few months and was told 'no', even though I had an 18 month contract with O2, when I decided to leave they offered me the opportunity to freeze in the future- very helpful!
I then took my MAC code and was told I have to phone on specific day to cancel my account... when I phone they told me a different day! I then moved my number across to Orange thinking I only had 2 weeks left on my O2 account and got a direct debit of £55 taken out of my account on the 17th Nov, even though the account has been cancelled and I have barely used the phone.

When I called up on their premium number to discuss the bill, I was told I would be credited, they didn't know how much and I would have to call back up (on their premium number to claim the money back that had just been take). I think this is disgusting. I then asked if I could be put through to the complaints department and I was told 'no' as far as I am concerned as they do not deal with customers... this is the worst customer service I have so far experienced!
I feel terribly sorry for the staff at O2 who must have to deal with huge amounts of abuse due to the system and in my opinion unhelpful procedures.
When I tried to send an email to complain I was told it had too many letters... another brick wall I feel... I will be glad when I have nothing more to do with them!

    I have had the same problem with o2. Their customer service is not friendly and is very unhelpful.
