General Comments

Terrible, terrible experience. I would never, ever use this company again! Where to start.......
The apartment was not as described on the website. It was definitely not newly renovated (marks on the walls and chunks of plaster missing everywhere for starters - it was barely recognisable as being the same as the one we saw in the photo on the website). It did not contain all the appliances/amenities that were listed on the website (no dishwasher, microwave didn't work properly, cooker top didn't work properly, didn't try the oven after all that). It was absolutely filthy (especially the floors and the crockery - I have 3 young children, so this was a big problem - I didn't expect to have to clean the place on arrival, and there were no mops, brooms etc). It did not sleep 6 as stated on the website (it had 2 double beds and 1 sofabed - which was barely usable/falling to bits - not suitable for children). There was not enough hot water - you could either do one load of washing on the coldest cycle, or one person could shower before it all ran out, and it took the whole day to reheat. The shower leaked every time it was used, causing a massive flood which had nowhere to drain away. There was no toilet paper, tea towels, dishcloths etc provided (no wonder the crockery was filthy!).
When confronted about these issues the staff were completely unhelpful and just stonewalled and fobbed us off. When we persisted they became rude. They were utterly unreasonable, and would neither do anything about the problems nor negotiate or refund us any money. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and absolutely disgraceful, petty and childish.
