Very bad service.
General Comments
Very bad service. I requested an additional card for my wife, without giving Discover her SSN. They reported this to the credit bureua without any notice. I complained to BBB, one representative replied that this would not ruin my wife's credit history. In the mean time, my wife's own application for Discover was denied for this stupid additional account (I transferred some fund, so there is a high balance).
