General Comments

My job with Dolphin Bathrooms started 2 and a half months ago. I have now been through three sets of fitters. Bathroom has been completely taken out once and re done because was done so badly the first time. Re fit...fitters had to come back 4 times because the tiles on the floor kept moving, grout was missing from numerous places. silicone looks shocking between the bath and wall and in some other places. mosaic tiles where the shower is are not well done...at first they came out of the wall in a bump where the shower control sits, they straightened them up after I complained about it but still looks bad. The Shower has now leaked through the bathroom wall into my hall wall, huge wet patch on hall wallpaper. emergency plumber came out, took shower off and says it hasn't been fitted correctly, all inside the wall was soaking and they had stuffed the wall to pack it up, the pipes are bent and he said he doesn't know how they are even going to put it back on because they have chopped too much of the brick in the wall away to fix it on to.
I am currently waiting for someone to get back to me about this...ha ha. oh also, I am still without a extractor fan cover so have a circle cut out in my tiles which has been like that since they started the tiling again.
It has been a complete nightmare from the start and the price I have paid for all this is very high! I feel it is an absolute disgrace and would never recommend Dolphin Bathrooms.
This was a very expensive mistake in my experience. I have had lots of different work done in the past and know that things go wrong etc but this is the worst experience I have ever had regarding having work done on a house.
