I love Rimmel's Exaggerate waterproof liner! I use color 261 noir. It is easy to apply and stays in place. Since my eyelids tend to get oily, I use a light coat of eye shadow or pressed powder over the eyelid area after applying, which prevents any smudging. I have tried many eyeliners that smudge and have to be reapplied often, but not this one. I am sold on this brand!
