The quality of the person who conducts my eye tests is excellent
Bad Points
Every pair of glasses supplied for me has been badly fitted. Also, I was going back weekly for 9 months because staff didn't realise that the glasses they'd recommended were too shallow to support varifocals. It took a new manager to diagnose the problem.
General Comments
The staff are friendly but, on the whole, not very skilled and staff turnover is high. The particular opthalmologist that I am seen by is excellent. If it were not for her, I would not continue to use D&A.
As for the online offer of a free eye test and 500 Nectar points, I can't even access the web page!
